Griffin (AKC PR18825705)

Griffin, a titled UKC Conformation Champion, is an impressive 6.5 yrs old and it's clear his health testing stands behind his proven longevity of good health. Griffin is an external stud. He is owned by Profound Poodles and resides in Fargo, ND where he is lovingly spoiled by his world-class Standard Poodle groomer and show-sport-hobbyist mama, Sara. 

 

Both CHIC Certified, their phenomenal temperaments are doubled down with complimentary Standard Poodle conformations. Offspring in this litter should be excellent companions for most family or individual dynamics, therapy, sports dogs, and/or hobby/performance dogs. Abby nor Griffin have any known history of bloat or compulsive ingesting behaviors (YAY! I highly recommend looking into this even if you do go in another direction).

Griffin is an "easy dog", dare I say mellow? His demeanor can be very laid back and patient. He is perfectly happy to lay around while watching a movie or watching closely as his mom Sara cooks! His favorite game of all time is hide-and-seek. He loves to be held back and then given the command “find em!” Griffin, who is Canine Good Citizen (CGC) certified, is naturally great around kids and the elderly. He does not jump on people so everyone seems to like him right away and he is very good for pets, even small dogs and cats. If there were two things about Griffin to critique:  1) apparently, the old boy never learned how to shake hands right and so his paws turn into weapons when he tries; 2) additionally although he wouldn't be considered a "barker", when he does let one out, it is a booming baritone. That could be a pro or con I suppose 😆!

Griffin is health tested to CHIC #125948 Standards: DNA health testing (100% clear via Paw Print Genetics), Pennhip (Hip evaluations), Eye (OFA CAER), and thyroid (OFA).

The male pup we keep back from this litter will eventually be our key to preserving our legacy line and integrating in what we deem to be some of the most pertinent and desirable characteristics of a dog for our client population.
